By downloading, accessing, or using Daily Affirmations: Positivity ("the App"), developed by Appcial, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You are responsible for your use of the App and for keeping your device secure. Registration is optional; you may use the App as a guest or sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple (where available) to sync preferences.
2. The Service
The App provides daily positive affirmations, categories, themes, favorites, and optional notifications for personal motivation and wellness. Affirmation content is for general inspiration and is not medical, psychological, or professional advice. Always seek qualified help for mental health or medical concerns.
3. Free App & Advertising
The App is free to download. It may display advertisements from third-party ad networks. Ad content and data practices are governed by the respective ad providers and our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App. For example, you must not:
- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code (except where permitted by law)
- Interfere with the App's security, integrity, or performance
- Scrape, bulk-download, or redistribute affirmation content without permission
5. Your Content & Preferences
You retain ownership of information you provide (such as profile details and favorites). You grant us a limited license to store and process that information only as needed to operate the App (for example, syncing favorites and notification settings).
6. Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services including Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, Firebase (analytics, crash reporting, push notifications), and advertising partners. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Notifications
Reminder delivery depends on your device settings, network connectivity, and platform limitations. We do not guarantee that notifications will arrive at exact times.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appcial is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.
10. Termination & Account Deletion
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. You may delete your account as described on our Account Deletion page.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
