1. Eligibility & Accounts
You are responsible for your use of the App and for keeping your device and any login credentials secure. Registration is optional; certain features (such as syncing across devices) may require an account.
2. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds
Some features require a paid auto-renewing subscription (Voremi Premium).
Subscription plans (example India pricing)
- Voremi Premium Monthly — ₹499 per month
- Voremi Premium 6 Months — ₹2,999 per 6 months
- Voremi Premium Yearly — ₹4,999 per year
Actual prices, titles, and durations shown at purchase in the App Store or Google Play may vary by region, currency, tax, and promotional offers. The store checkout screen is authoritative.
- Auto-renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Payments: We do not process or store your payment card details.
- Manage or cancel: Use your App Store or Google Play account settings → Subscriptions.
- Entitlement status: We use RevenueCat to verify whether Premium is active on your account.
- Refunds: Handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App. For example, you must not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App (except where permitted by law).
- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Interfere with the App’s security, integrity, or performance.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of your content (such as notes, reminders, and voice recordings). You grant us a limited license to process your content only as needed to operate the App (for example, transcription and syncing).
5. Third‑Party Services
The App relies on third-party services including Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, Firebase (analytics, crash reporting, push notifications), RevenueCat (subscriptions), and Groq (voice transcription and AI text features). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
Before using AI features, you will be asked to consent to sending relevant data (such as voice audio or note text) to Groq. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation, and reminders/notifications may be delayed or not delivered due to device settings, connectivity, or platform limitations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if required to do so for legal or security reasons.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated date.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
